7 DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer our customers the highest quality of service. We stand behind each item we sell. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date you received the item (s) subject to the following conditions:
Full price merchandise returned, will be credited full amount to the Credit Card originally charged, minus Shipping and a 3% restocking fee.
Returned merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date you received it and must include your original sales invoice.
A return Authorization number (RA #) given from customer care MUST be written on the outside of the package.

Merchandise must be UNUSED and in the same condition as it was shipped. Absolutely no merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged will be accepted. Your original Sales invoice must be included in the box being returned.
Please use the following steps once you have received your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
1) Please re-pack your merchandise in its original packaging and shipping box.
2) Please write the Return Authorization # on the outside of the box
3) Insure your box for its full merchandise value and return to us using a carrier of your choice that provides a tracking #, such as FedEx or UPS.
